August 2026 Airport Shuttles

Student Association will be providing shuttles from Tulsa International Airport for students. The vehicles will be running 8AM-11 PM August 15-17, 2026. Airport Shuttles are intended for NEW students and their families ONLY.

Make sure that you have your flight information available as you are completing this form.

You will need to fill this form out at least 48 hours in advance to confirm a ride.

PLEASE NOTE: For the purpose of staffing, please do not fill out this form unless you fully intend to need the shuttle.

I understand that arrival shuttles will only be running from 8AM to 11:00PM. I understand that if my flight is not within these time limits, I am required to find my own transportation, and Student Association is unable to run shuttles outside of these times.
